Our Founding Coalition
The Common Sense about Kids and Guns Safety Tips were developed by a diverse and unprecedented coalition of organizations, representing child safety and welfare advocates, medical professionals, crime prevention advocates, gun control supporters, gun control opponents, gun manufacturers and others in the firearm industry, and our nation's mayors.

Each of the organizations below helped in the development of the Common Sense Safety Tips and is committed to reducing gun deaths and injuries to children and teens by promoting common sense safety measures and personal and community responsibility for preventing unsupervised access to guns.
